just to ask...is it definetly the 3 highest heart bachelors/bachelorettes (depending if you're a girl or guy that is...) or is it actually the three people with the highest heart count at your b-day? ...just out of curiosity

It appears that if you are a girl, the three Eligible Bachelors with the highest Heart Levels will attend. If you are a boy, the three Eligible Girls with the highest heart levels will attend. Cain and the Mayor always are involved.

I have been thinking about this question and it can't be based on heart level, at least not for regular characters. I suspect that Cain was there because he was the first character you meet, and of course the Mayor would be there. Bachelors/Eligible Girls may be the ones with the highest level at the time of your birthday though. I will confirm this...

Red Victorian: 2000G A gothic dress based in red. Lovely, with plenty of lace at the hems.
Available in Autumn and Winter. It's my personal favourite.
Note that you can purchase ALL unlocked outfits by telephone in any season (at double the normal price, of course)
