i ve been living in st henri for 23 years. its the good,the bad and the ugly. whatever it is you can probably find it here.like anything, you see what you want to see. if you choose to see beauty.it is there, parks,old houses, some sort of community,the canal etc. if you choose to see disarray, you will see it also, welfare, maybe drugs,etc.all in all ,a fairly safe neighbourhood but like anywhere you have to be careful and play safe.
@augsterlee If you liek weird fucked up 'modern' stuff then go to mile end but if you like the city as it is and wanna see the buildings as they were 30 years ago then go to st henri. St henri is beautiful.
I used to live in St. Henri back in the 80's. The Outlaws lived next door and a gang member was shot dead while parked on the street in from of my apartment about a month after I moved. Eventually, my old apartment was burned down and arson was the cause. Times change! It's probably for the good. Nice video.
