  • You've got to hear "My Queen of Hearts", he nailed that!! Take my word for it, and listen to that song!!

Haven't heard of Tony Clarke, but like you said they were a lot of singers back in the day that had their own signature style. Today, everything almost sounds the same, like it was on an assembly line. Nothing unique about today's singers, like they're reading from a song sheet with no feeling.

  • This is the guy!!! He had a hit in Philly back in the sixties a song titled "Queen of Hearts"; please tell me that you that one and can post. Thanks so much for this tune, Luv it.

  • is he from Philly. this was a badd jam

  • He's from Detroit. And has a string of nice tunes.

    A true one of-a-kind singer.

  • Thanx for your reply, The only song I had heard of from him was Baby Baby Please and he killed it. Back in the day there were so many and I mean many great singers, you can't say that today. I also am a big fan of another Detroiter who didn't get much play and that was Tony Clarke, The Entertainer.
