Sellers was perhaps the greatest impersonator ever lived; his Hindi accent was so perfect that you actually thought that he was Hindi from India. I love most of his films, including all of his Pink Panther series. The most touching movie before his death that he made was "Being There" with Shirly Mclane. I strongly urge everyone to see it.
Holy cow! What a great opening scene this is! Director:You! Yes, you! You get off of my set and get out of my picture! Off! Out, your'e washed up, your'e finished! I'll see to it you never make another movie again! Bakshi:Does that include television sir?
And the director runs after Bakshi!
Great stuff! I'm not a huge Peter Sellers fan but, I love this movie! Also, I liked the french actress I forget her name. Thanks again. :)
This is one of the funniest but unheralded movies of ALL TIME. Ultimate slapstick, silly ROFLMAO tear-inducing. So many funny scenes it is hard to pinpoint just one or two. From start to finish this is a total crackup.
Watching it now...cracking up!
