They keep referring to laws when in fact what they are is statutes. Statutes always require your consent for governance.

It has nothing to do with downloading, it's a step up to total control and censorship. They pick at it in tiny bits till they have the whole, and no on is wiser until they realize it is done. I have seen/heard alternate views to mainstream that have been thought provoking and life changing. No TV or school education has done that for me.
