most people believe (and i am one of those people) that Firing Range was a failed zombie map. so they made it a multiplayer map with a ton of easter eggs in it that are related to nazi zombies. by the looks of Discovery it looks like it was another failed zombie map. you have very good reasons in this video and i really like this video.

No but in Call of Duty XP when the map Moon came out treyarch said that moon isn't the last of zombies and they said the next zombie map is a hot and sandy map and FIRING RANGE is hot and sandy so firing range is the next zombie map

the helicopter theory is good but the evolution of the zombie technology in te maps are far more technological than a helicopter with turrets i thinks they could have like almost ray gun turrets but on a machine that maybe teleports there bodies sorta like gerches .even though it is a good theory i suspect they have an even bigger plan like where richtovens loyalty as a nazi takes in and revive even hitler in the form of a zombie Germans successfully  brought the dead to life

a door opens and a cut scene happends where demspey goes through the door and out of a window next to the door richtofen is getting in a car and you have to shoot richtofen and after richtofen dies the weapon breaks and sam comes out of the gun and makes the base explode and then you wake up and you look over to nickolia (if your nickolai you look at takeo) (if your takeo you look at demsey) and demsey says "its all over its about fucking time" and nickolia says "ok now can we go get some vodka"

ok last night i thought about the final zombies map i thought maybe area 51 or the nazi base where it all started and how they got there well when richtofen recoferd the focusing stone he went back the the base to finsh a weapon of some sort and after he finshes the weapon he has no use for nikoli,demsey,and takeo so he sends zombies after them and demsey sees a ray gun and thunder gun with a wunder waffle and they pick them up and fight zombies and by round 50...
