@candymeadowalmondjoy do you see the HS next to HD near the Red record button ? And the little lever to switch back and forth between them ? Switch it up to HS (which stands for High Speed) and press record. Now you can shoot in slow motion :)

no there isnt any other way to assighn manual focus while videoing

in some modes you cant zoom in

the purpose if this video is depth of field, a deep depth of field will have nearly everything focused in what u wtf taking, and a shallow depth of field would have only a bit of video focused, depth of field gives a video a film style since in films they have objects focused in the foreground and objects in the background blured out for exanple peoples faces in dramas
