It's too high to account for normal solar cycles. I might also point out that there were many more trees back then absorbing CO2. Not like today where the earth is mostly covered in concrete that absorbs and reflects heat.

OKAY! i thought i would let you know that there have been HUNDREDS of cases where birds have dropped dead. what happens is they often time fly above the clouds, their wings freeze, and they drop down and die. this has been going on for as long as birds have existed and will continue too. the recent birds in Arkansas are specualated to have been disoriented from fireworks and flown into things but birds dropping dead is acutally more common than you would think :) the fish thing is wierd though..
