You obviously haven't been listening enough. That is NOT Whitney...even though I was fooled a bit at the beginning. Whitney has MUCH better enunciation with her words. In fact, Whitney probably has the best diction of any singer. A lot of the words that this young lady sang were not pronounced in the proper way a true singer would sing them. Whitney's enunciation of words in this song are flawless. THIS IS NOT WHITNEY but a very good version.

First of all, take into account the quality of this video and how much is lost because of the ambient noise. Second of all, Amanda Brown IS a true singer in every sense and a fantastic one at that. If this was in the studio it would sound PERFECT. Keep in mind Whitney's impeccable enunciation is in part due to good sound engineering.
