Quick question: I have the same type of frogs, (check vids) but I have been getting tiny white worms in my tank. I've cleaned it with boiling hot water, everything including rocks and tank, and they returned.

Do you have the same thing in yours? If not, are they harmful to either myself or the frogs?

5-10 inches max because there mainly arboirial and if they were ever to get stuck in the water theyd probably drowned or you could have it deeper if you had some kinda dock or platform in there :)
