This song, this singer, somehow manages to capture the hopelessness of depression so poignantly. Doubled up inside....wow, it takes me right back to the time when I first loved the song. Why is it that when you're clinically depressed you're so drawn to depressing songs? Doesn't it seem a little like scratching a bug bite...it somehow feels good but ultimately tears the skin, still itches, and you're left with a scar. Anyhow, I'm better now, in case you're wondering!
