Since I found his videos I've getting into Modo a lot more. I learn that the more you do it the easier it gets, I was at the point of giving up learning Modo until I found Applesoldier. Max and Maya have their own advantages, but Modo seems to do have at all in one package. Thanks Applesoldier.

jeeez, that's a lot of work for some basic box modeling! I can make this whole lab in Hexagon in an hour or so, no kidding

, I have a feeling Modo is somewhat of an overkill, and what is that frantic clicking sound!?, are your mouse spastic or something!? ;-)

Modo is great, I've tried it a little, it's just a,, whole lotta work! zzzZZzz

@AppleSoldier , yeah it's fast, relatively :), but Hexagon and Silo is faster, though you don't have that arsenal of tools at your fingertips, but Modo is more precise and stable,

What I esp. don't like is how you select tools and manually have to drop them before picking them up again, and clicking on selections/shift click. It feels like a lot of uncessary work, at least they should have made it optional!

and I just figured how to turn off the trackball thingie btw,ugh !:)

google sketch up is fun lol. I made a building with a bunch of airplanes in it. lol cool lab. google sketch up is not professional just a good way to have fun with 3d for free.
