  • what is that beat that starts at 3:20 ?

  • @Letitmellow THE SONG IS CALLED BEAT STREET STRUT BY JUICY.

  • RIP NEW YORK CITY!!

I miss NYC back in the day....the city wasn't so damn expensive.....there was money and jobs.....there was so much individuality......now you got a bunch of white kids from the suburbs taking over......fucking hipsters.....and a bunch of white girl who think they're on Sex and the City......SMDH

  • @myronmlawing Is it really like that now??? I've never been to NYC and have always wanted to go. I live out here in Seattle, and I think that there is alot of rawness to the city, but many are trying to turn into a fancy schmancy NYC. Whack!!!

  • @islandbee

Sadly NYC some, not ALL parts of NYC have been gentrified, thanks to Gulianai and Bloomberg........but the futher away from manhattan you go, the less fancy it gets...

  • @myronmlawing I can still imagine living in NYC being very expensive now, even away from Manhattan. When I was living in the Bay Area i just died looking at how expensive rent was even in the less fancier neighborhoods in SF. But I'll have to visit NYC soon.

  • @islandbee

true.....like a 1 bedroom apartment in brooklyn, NOT Manhattan, can cost up 1,000 to 1,300......that's for a renevated apartment....but the Bronx and Queens are like the "hell naw" zones....nobody wants to live there....a 1 bedroom can be like 800 to 900......maybe cheaper!

  • @myronmlawing Bronx and Queens will probably end up being another gentrified hood.....I sure hope KRS-1 is running for office by then. I thought he was for at least in the Bronx. I think KRS-1 would make a brilliant mayor of NYC!

  • @islandbee

Trust me.....No ONE and I do mean NO ONE wants to live in those 2 boroughs....trust me....lol Queens is WAY boring and you need a car, the bronx is nice but some parts are straight up hood, even the NYPD wouldn't step foot in the south bronx.

  • Thank You, Thank You - Oh, The Memories... Godspeed You...

  • does someone know what kind of dancing they do ?

old school hip-hop or something ?

can someone just tell me the name of the kind of dancing .

    thankss ,

  • thank you so much :)

damnn i love classic moviees .

  • what an era, no one should be allowed to listen to this so called new hip hop until they watch this wildstyle and scratch the movie as well as understand djing kool herc grand master flash grand wizard theodore and understand the dj/producer is the backbone the heartbeat and soul of this, and might go as far as they should know a few important 70's breaks/loops

  • yes! thanks for posting , i love this movie. and i love old school break dancing, it is way better than breakers today.

  • C-L-A-S-S-I-C..... :)

  • Edward I. Koch was mayor of New York City when this movie came out.

  • Their dance looks like the peanuts gang when linus is going hard on the piano

  • the lil guy at the end dancing was so sexy i swear

  • I grew up watching this movie and other old school joints like this one. All the lame music movies out these days don't come close to this one!

  • back when hip hop was about making fun

now or it are fake's that do it for money or it's like for exampel a guy that got 8 years for doing graffiti

  • This is the best hip- hop move ever!!!

  • its a good movie

  • I still get chills when I see this part. Lee walked in and gave respect to big bro. The hand rock said " back up" then a smile to the crowd of " i come in peace" then he wrecked shit like a mu fucka. For you kids trying to get the feel of 1984 study this right here. It is the most 1984 hip hop you can get. Lee always steps out and starts shit. Back in the day breakin was a challenge so when a mu fucka sets it off he is saying " are are the coolist athletes in town. 'FUCK WIT US IF YOU CAN FOOL!

  • She asks them "where you going" - and I thinking, well if you're psychic shouldn't you already know?

  • lol ..... she might didnt wnt to expose her two boys that they are in the matrix and the death of their older brother was meaningless since the matrix made him die and not the cops !
