dude, i agree with you big time. The new stuff is alot more downbeat the return to the sea. i do think creeper and this song are good if you think of them as being something other than islands. more or less with "the arm" tho.

Eh... Arm's Way is an okay album overall... Return to the Sea was much better.... There are some cool songs on this album but it isn't Nick Thorburn at his finest... "The Unicorns: Who Will Cut Our Hair When We're Gone?" Is Nick at his finest.... Definitely...

I would say that, like with Return to the Sea, I fall in love with specific parts of the songs in Arm's Way, that I think are just genius/awesome.

Not completely sure, but there first album (Return to the Sea) came out in '06 so I'd say probably since 2005-2006. And yes, they are awesome.
