Right at the end of this video my arms felt numb and i was moving almost of my chair, my neck was also moving backward early on... Why is that?????? ITS AWESOME!!
I suffer clinical insomnia, cluster headaches, brain trauma etc. from a bad accident 5 years ago. I've been able to get relief from hypnosis - but at a cost of $450 a session!
I've been trying to hypnotize myself with no luck for a while now. Today I had the idea to use my cell while I laid down - so I did a search and this video came up. Within minutes I was out and awoke very refreshed. THANK YOU!! More relief than all the meds the doctors throw at me.
Everyone can be hypnotised. There is alot of top secret information about hypnosis that the general public don`t have access to. This information is only for people who are involved or work for intelligence agencies such as C.I.A and F.B.I. There is so much suppressed information on the human brain and what it can do. When you see a very rich powerful old man with a woman young enough to be his daughter or grand daughter, chances are that woman is under hypnosis from the man. T.V hypnotises too.
I've tried so many hypnosis vids, and i always feel like I'm trying to get myself to do what I'm told to do. I believe I can never be hypnotized. I'm sad about this. guess I listened to too much trance music.
@lucidrealm1 Whether you believe you can or believe you can't ... either way, you're probably right. Your statement "I believe I can never be hypnotized" is exactly why you never will be. Change your belief about it, and things will change for you.
@drockkclapton Well, you're certainly not going to hurt MY feelings ... but you are hurting your brain cells, and unfortunately the "results" you are getting have little to nothing to do with your skill to naturally go into trance on your own. Anyone can chemically induce some sort of trance.
@thervcaguy "this" is not hypnosis. "this" is something else. Hypnosis is something you do naturally with your mind. While, whatever you do when high, i,e. watching a hypnosis video, may be enjoyable for you, it's not hypnosis. Hypnosis is a completely natural state, something you do without the aid of narcotics.
@thervcaguy I'm sure it does ... anything I'm pretty confident to say would be more relaxing with marijuana, but let's just not call that hypnosis. You are using outside influences and not just using the power of your mind.
I tried this, and while it was very relaxing, it seems like I couldn't focus on the instructions. No matter how hard I tried, my mind was distracted. Is this a common problem?
I really want to feel how it's like to fall into that hypnotic state and I have tried some hypnotic audios (Not Victoria's) and even tried Binaural beats but it never works. I have high hopes after reading the countless positive reviews by your customers and YouTube comments like the one above and it makes me nervous to click that play button because I don't want to be disappointed. What should I do?
@aezaki07 Here's the thing ... if you have expectations and put pressure on yourself ... you are expecting a "specific" feeling. And trance feels different every time you do it. What you should do, is simply follow the directions in the video, not expecting anything. "Success" or "Failure" just listen to it for the pure enjoyment. If you can do that, you will get something positive out of it no matter what happens.
@hyptalk Thank you. Thank you so much for that explanation. I am going to purchase some of your downloadable mp3s and do this tonight. For pure enjoyment. :)
@btsouthmost Self-Hypnosis and Meditation are very similar. Accessing the same part of your brain ... but the function of meditation is more to empty the mind ... and in hypnosis you are receiving suggestion. That's the main difference.

Wow!!!! That was awesome! I wasn't asleep, but was not fully conscious. Maybe I tapped into my Subconscious mind. When she told me to wake up, I snapped right back. It felt amazing.
@rajkanodia1 If you can understand some English you will get some benefit from some hypnosis ... it would depend on a number of factors. If you can let go, if you feel motivated to go under, if you can concentrate, and have the willingness and you do understand the words I am saying, then I say it should work for you just fine.
thanks for reply! I can get in state of trance than I feel numbness and restlessness and urge to move my body, my English is poor I don't if my sub conscious mind will get instruction in some other language?

I used to do a meditation called "The Middle Pillar Meditation" on a daily basis as part of a mystery school I belonged to at the time and the process of entering the meditative state was almost identical to this. Also, the feeling, the sensation it leaves you with is also the same. I love coming out of meditation/hypnosis and try and retain the energised, relaxed state for as long as I can. I feel I am a better person when I am like this, lifes problems just seem that much smaller!
i love your voice..... its like the most amazing thing. but is it bad that i find it more relaxing to breathe out of my mouth? i have a deviated septum
@screwthis900 Thanks so much! And yes, clearly you have a legitimate reason why it's difficult for you to breath through your nose, so absolutely ... you can adjust to match what best suits you.
Mine problem is,that i become too much aware of my tongue,and i can't stop moving it,or at least stop being aware that i am moving it,i get way to much focused on it.
oh wow.i never really expected this to work and had to stop my self from laughing, then halfway through i was like.'oh my god.i actually can't laugh!' when you said 5 it almost shocked me into waking up!!:D brilliant!
You're voice is so smooth. I listen at night and I'm usually asleep half way through. I never get to the end of the video. You are great at making a person feel relaxed. :)
This certainly is VERY relaxing. But for some reason, I can't seem to go fully into a trance, no matter what video I'm watching. Could it be cause of my ADHD? lol
@hyptalk I tried to get my self hypnotised. i heard it is the willingness of your mind that you can get hypnotised. i tried that with this video. i did not get hypnotised. i dont believe in hypnosis or even the wolrds best hypnotist can not control or hypnotise me. i really want someone to prove me wrong...can you? can anyone? im curious now. really curious. i really want to get hypnotised and i think my mind is just too strong.
@TamilEelamTigers2009 You can't get hypnotized because of your theories about hypnosis. You think that it means the hypnotist has "control" over you. You are trying to fight it i.e. "want someone to prove you wrong". And you don't believe it it. i.e. "I don't believe in hypnosis" So, unless you allow yourself to believe and you are truly willing, no one can hypnotize you. It's not about someone else doing it TO you. It's about you allowing it to happen. Everyone CAN be hypnotized.
@hyptalk according to you then, we all get hypotised everyday. i feel relaxed when i listen to musics i love, i feel angry or emotional when i watch movies. so are those considered hypnosis? that is, i am out of my natural state..i was happy until i saw a movie which made me angry. can that be considered hypnosis? i mean, for example, doing yoga,.you feel very relaxed and happy...is that hypnotism?
@TamilEelamTigers2009 Everything you just said is absolutely right. Movies in particular get you into a hypnotic state, bringing about "altered states" from the way you felt before watching the movie to the emotions you feel while watching. Yes, Yoga can create that same feeling. There's not much more to it than that. Except you said "I am out of my natural state" It's ALL natural. You do get hypnotized all the time. It's not a mystery. It's just a VERY powerful place to be.
@hyptalk ok thank you, i get it now. i do think that i can get in to that relaxing state if i really try. however there are other hypnotists such as the XXX hypnotise (Tony Lee) who makes people take off their clothes, who makes guys do crazy things with their hand (sexually) and all....how is that possible? is it true? i mean, i think it is a fact that we can get in relaxed state...but to do somethinig that extreme..and not able to stop urself..i dont believe in that..what do you think?
@TamilEelamTigers2009 The key phrase you mention is "not able to stop" When you are in hypnosis, you ARE always able to stop doing whatever it is you are doing. People who volunteer for these shows know what they're signing up for in the first place by running up on stage. Thereby reaching the first level of hypnosis already ... Then the hypnotist only selects the most highly suggestible participants who pass certain "tests". Yes, it's possible. And you wont do anything against your will.
People volunteer for different reasons so not everyone knows what they are signing up for. There are deep trance and and somnambulistic subjects who can be made to do things that they would never want nor would be willing to do in a fully conscious state.
@philbio66 Which would be extremely rare ... we are speaking in general terms here to help someone understand that people don't generally do things against their will in hypnosis, even somnambulists, which about 30% of people are by nature ... No need to confuse the issue just for the sake of being argumentative.
I'm not trying to be argumentative. I just feel that many hypnotists make inaccurate statements. Are you saying that if a person volunteered for a show and didn't want to do anything embarrassing or humiliating, he/she couldn't be made to do things that they would later find to be embarrassing or humiliating?
@philbio66 Not any more than a person who maybe had too many drinks and doing something embarrassing or humiliating ... Only in hypnosis you ARE aware of what you are doing the entire time ... people like to act like a stage show, that the hypnotist has some kind of power over you. The hypnotist has NO power over you. You are always in control. The contrary is a myth. That is one of the most basic and fundamental truths about hypnosis.
But you're not drunk while hypnotized and being aware of what you are doing while in trance is not that same as being in complete control of your actions. Your logic is also flawed. If person who volunteers for a show but doesn't want to humiliate himself and yet he does, how does that demonstrate he was in control while in trance?
@philbio66 Because awareness changes moment by moment. And how do you know they don't WANT to humiliate themselves? You are making an assumption that A) They do become humiliated and B) They regret their behavior on stage. People consciously do ridiculous things to embarrass themselves all the time, consciously and unconsciously.
That's not an answer to my question. Really? So people who volunteer do so because they want to humiliate themselves? No, people don't deliberately do things to publicly embarrass themselves. Most people try to avoid public embarrassment. I'm not saying that everyone who volunteers is humiliated. I am saying that there have be and always will be subjects who later feel embarrassed, humiliated and sometimes ashamed by what they did while hypnotized.
@philbio66 And to answer your question, when you volunteer for the show, you are CHOOSING to be hypnotized. You are choosing to be receptive to SUGGESTION. Suggestions can be accepted or rejected at any point. You will not do anything against your moral values. Sure, you might "embarrass" yourself, but you ARE aware of what you are doing! People do things on stage that might appear to the audience, the subject was embarrassed. But, you can't possibly know what that subject experienced.
Let me rephrase my previous question. If I volunteered for a hypnosis show not wanting to humiliate myself but ended up doing so, would you say was in complete control while in trance?
@philbio66 I'm not sure where you are getting your ideas from. Unfortunately you have been misinformed. The most well-known MYTH about hypnosis and the biggest misunderstanding is that you give up control to the hypnotist. A hypnotist does not have the power to control you. What I am trying to explain is YOU are the one in hypnosis watching the show, because you think you know what the people up on stage are experiencing in their minds in order to act the way they do.
You're still not answering my question. Let's try again, If I volunteered for show but didn't want to embarrass myself, I would simply refuse any suggestion that I found to be embarrassing. Is that what you're saying?
one last question. when hypnotist gets a subject to to eat an onion after suggesting that it's apple, is that subject consciously aware that they are eating an onion? Is any look of shock and surprise on their face afterwards just acting?
@philbio66 It's like this ... when you're a child you are very good at make believe. So much so that when you have a make believe friend, and you are convinced that "friend" really does exist, even though a part of you down deep inside knows that it's really not true, but it seems so real to you. When you're accepting suggestions, it's similar to that experience. It's not acting. It's believing the suggestions. Also, each person is having their own unique experience. Can't speak for all.
@philbio66 A gray area? You ARE consciously aware when you are in hypnosis. So how is it even a gray area. Listen ... the conversation is not really relevant to the video nor the original posters question that brought this up in the first place. So, if you want to talk to me privately, email me & I'm happy to do so. I'm going to close out this thread right here because it's clear to me you have a lot to learn about hypnosis and this isn't the place to do it.. Try taking my e-course.
@TamilEelamTigers2009 The key phrase you mention is "not able to stop" When you are in hypnosis, you ARE always able to stop doing whatever it is you are doing. am I supposed to be completely aware of everything you are saying? I felt very relaxed, but I remember all of it so does that count as hypnosis? like, if you told me to start dancing or something, I don't think I would have...
@Skozzy12 Yes, "you will be aware of every word I say in hypnosis". (I believe I may have even said that during the induction). No, hypnosis does not MAKE you do things such as start dancing. You would not do anything you are not comfortable with during hypnosis.
then how come they have these hypnosis shows at school where kids do start doing things like laughing at a funny movie (that isn't there)? Is that like a different kind of hynosis or something?
@Skozzy12 It's the same kind of hypnosis. They do it because they are receptive to those suggestions. But, they wouldn't do anything that went against their moral values in hypnosis. They would easily come out of trance. Hypnosis does not change your value judgments, nor make you do something you would regret. It will however help you lighten up of course.
I cant hypnotise myself ...it try this over and over again but i just cant ...Is realy frustrating because i see all these comments ...about how they succed but i just cant make it work :( .
@Molhedim As long as you say you can't, you're right. Tell yourself you can, and it will eventually happen for you too. Also, don't really worry about this place called "hypnosis" you really have no way of knowing what that is since you haven't felt it before and therefore you wouldn't know if you were there or not. Just relax and let go and enjoy and that's all that really matters.
I'm already so tired that focusing on her words sparks my attention to much. I'm really, really, trying to do this, but on my fourth video, I still can't get something to work.
@panicman10 You're going to think I'm joking but I'm quite serious. I would say the first step is to stop identifying yourself with panic attacks. Please take the first step by changing your profile name. Then we'll take it from there. You can also check out my "Anxiety Relief Hypnosis" from my website which will help you the rest of the way.
@hyptalk I cant hypnotise myself ...it try this over and over again but i just cant ...Is realy frustrating because i see all these comments ...about how they succed but i just cant make it work :( .
Interesting choice of attire - female hypnotist in a polka-dot dress. Hmm, where have I heard that before? Oh, this is going to kill me now not being able to remember! I'm just joking, but seriously is this some kind of a joke? I have a little trouble believing that someone that has so much invested in the field wouldn't have heard about those witness reports from the Ambassador Hotel's pantry that night. May be a coincidence, but this is what almost immediately came to my mind on seeing this.
When you told me to relax my neck muscles I almost felt myself slipping into hypnosis but then I got really excited then I lost all focus...this happens everytime when it feels like slipping into relaxation. I've been doing this for over 2 years and I've never had any success. I almost got it now but I got excited again. Can you help me? I tried to focus alot this time on relaxing my muscles and it helped but i got excited and I can't help it...
Honestly, from everything I know about hypnosis, and all of these "pro's" who show how to do it, or do it professionally, it's basically calming an individual to a point where they are open to ideas, while in a conscience dream-state of mind. From there offering pleasant ideas or actions is plausible. Theres nothing "crazy" about it, or any skill traits really needed to accomplish it. Doesn't matter who you try it on, if they are open to the idea of allowing it. A Pseudoplacebo effect.
@hyptalk ... or perhaps it's the 'reality' behind this word, magic. Attuning the mind to the idea of unlimited potential is nothing short of wonderful. Many could benefit from this.
That's not true resent research shows that people with very fast minds with very high IQ's in almost all cases cannot be hypnotized only relaxed but they do enter a hypnotic state.
@hyptalk I cant hypnotise myself ...it try this over and over again but i just cant ...Is realy frustrating because i see all these comments ...about how they succed but i just cant make it work :( .
I don't like breathing slowly, it's uncomfortable because I eventually stop breathing altogether and have to start breathing fast and repeat the process knowing I'm not going to breath at one point, thus making me want to not have that happen again so I just breath fast earlier, making it very annoying. I can not breath slowly at all times because I feel I'm not getting enough air.
@ChrisJustinParr No that's not part of hypnosis. You have to want to actually become hypnotized. And you are always in control of other things that are happening instead. So, that's your choice. Good luck!
@iakobach It's actually quite the opposite. It requires an IQ above a certain level in order to be hypnotized. Simple minded people are generally not able to have the level of focus, imagination, or concentration it takes in order to be hypnotized.
Hypnosis does't keep you doing things u normally wouldn't do. And its proven that not everyone is susceptible to mind control. Those people, even under hypnosis, will not do things they normally wouldn't do. There is also a small percent of people that are extremely susceptible to mind control. There is many methods of mind control that involve programming the subconscious. Being aware of this information immediately helps someone become less susceptible to mind control commands you do not want.
Just goes to prove the power of the human mind. Initially, seeing as I am per definition a rather stressed individual, I found myself having a hard time to "slip" into that relaxed state.. but after a couple of minutes, I did. And boy, when I came out the other side, did I feel awake and relaxed!
Im having trouble deepening and how do i prove to myself during this video if im hypnotized or not also i did try suggestions to myself and they worked but for what seemed like a minute or 2 and then i could count the # 6 just wondering of some tips to lengthen the relaxation and to deepen myself
After I got up I felt so refreshed and like I didnt want to get up and I just wanted to do that again

TamilEelamTigers2009 4 months ago
@TamilEelamTigers2009 You can't get hypnotized because of your theories about hypnosis. You think that it means the hypnotist has "control" over you. You are trying to fight it i.e. "want someone to prove you wrong". And you don't believe it it. i.e. "I don't believe in hypnosis" So, unless you allow yourself to believe and you are truly willing, no one can hypnotize you. It's not about someone else doing it TO you. It's about you allowing it to happen. Everyone CAN be hypnotized.
hyptalk 4 months ago
@hyptalk according to you then, we all get hypotised everyday. i feel relaxed when i listen to musics i love, i feel angry or emotional when i watch movies. so are those considered hypnosis? that is, i am out of my natural state..i was happy until i saw a movie which made me angry. can that be considered hypnosis? i mean, for example, doing yoga,.you feel very relaxed and happy...is that hypnotism?
TamilEelamTigers2009 4 months ago
@TamilEelamTigers2009 Everything you just said is absolutely right. Movies in particular get you into a hypnotic state, bringing about "altered states" from the way you felt before watching the movie to the emotions you feel while watching. Yes, Yoga can create that same feeling. There's not much more to it than that. Except you said "I am out of my natural state" It's ALL natural. You do get hypnotized all the time. It's not a mystery. It's just a VERY powerful place to be.
hyptalk 4 months ago
@hyptalk ok thank you, i get it now. i do think that i can get in to that relaxing state if i really try. however there are other hypnotists such as the XXX hypnotise (Tony Lee) who makes people take off their clothes, who makes guys do crazy things with their hand (sexually) and all....how is that possible? is it true? i mean, i think it is a fact that we can get in relaxed state...but to do somethinig that extreme..and not able to stop urself..i dont believe in that..what do you think?
TamilEelamTigers2009 4 months ago
@TamilEelamTigers2009 The key phrase you mention is "not able to stop" When you are in hypnosis, you ARE always able to stop doing whatever it is you are doing. People who volunteer for these shows know what they're signing up for in the first place by running up on stage. Thereby reaching the first level of hypnosis already ... Then the hypnotist only selects the most highly suggestible participants who pass certain "tests". Yes, it's possible. And you wont do anything against your will.
hyptalk 4 months ago
@hyptalk
People volunteer for different reasons so not everyone knows what they are signing up for. There are deep trance and and somnambulistic subjects who can be made to do things that they would never want nor would be willing to do in a fully conscious state.
philbio66 3 months ago
@philbio66 Which would be extremely rare ... we are speaking in general terms here to help someone understand that people don't generally do things against their will in hypnosis, even somnambulists, which about 30% of people are by nature ... No need to confuse the issue just for the sake of being argumentative.
hyptalk 3 months ago
@hyptalk
I'm not trying to be argumentative. I just feel that many hypnotists make inaccurate statements. Are you saying that if a person volunteered for a show and didn't want to do anything embarrassing or humiliating, he/she couldn't be made to do things that they would later find to be embarrassing or humiliating?
philbio66 3 months ago
@philbio66 Not any more than a person who maybe had too many drinks and doing something embarrassing or humiliating ... Only in hypnosis you ARE aware of what you are doing the entire time ... people like to act like a stage show, that the hypnotist has some kind of power over you. The hypnotist has NO power over you. You are always in control. The contrary is a myth. That is one of the most basic and fundamental truths about hypnosis.
hyptalk 3 months ago
@hyptalk
But you're not drunk while hypnotized and being aware of what you are doing while in trance is not that same as being in complete control of your actions. Your logic is also flawed. If person who volunteers for a show but doesn't want to humiliate himself and yet he does, how does that demonstrate he was in control while in trance?
philbio66 3 months ago
@philbio66 Because awareness changes moment by moment. And how do you know they don't WANT to humiliate themselves? You are making an assumption that A) They do become humiliated and B) They regret their behavior on stage. People consciously do ridiculous things to embarrass themselves all the time, consciously and unconsciously.
hyptalk 3 months ago
@hyptalk
That's not an answer to my question. Really? So people who volunteer do so because they want to humiliate themselves? No, people don't deliberately do things to publicly embarrass themselves. Most people try to avoid public embarrassment. I'm not saying that everyone who volunteers is humiliated. I am saying that there have be and always will be subjects who later feel embarrassed, humiliated and sometimes ashamed by what they did while hypnotized.
philbio66 3 months ago
@philbio66 And to answer your question, when you volunteer for the show, you are CHOOSING to be hypnotized. You are choosing to be receptive to SUGGESTION. Suggestions can be accepted or rejected at any point. You will not do anything against your moral values. Sure, you might "embarrass" yourself, but you ARE aware of what you are doing! People do things on stage that might appear to the audience, the subject was embarrassed. But, you can't possibly know what that subject experienced.
hyptalk 3 months ago
@hyptalk
Let me rephrase my previous question. If I volunteered for a hypnosis show not wanting to humiliate myself but ended up doing so, would you say was in complete control while in trance?
philbio66 3 months ago
@philbio66 I'm not sure where you are getting your ideas from. Unfortunately you have been misinformed. The most well-known MYTH about hypnosis and the biggest misunderstanding is that you give up control to the hypnotist. A hypnotist does not have the power to control you. What I am trying to explain is YOU are the one in hypnosis watching the show, because you think you know what the people up on stage are experiencing in their minds in order to act the way they do.
hyptalk 3 months ago
@hyptalk
You're still not answering my question. Let's try again, If I volunteered for show but didn't want to embarrass myself, I would simply refuse any suggestion that I found to be embarrassing. Is that what you're saying?
philbio66 3 months ago
@philbio66 Yes, you can accept or reject any suggestion given.
hyptalk 3 months ago
@hyptalk
one last question. when hypnotist gets a subject to to eat an onion after suggesting that it's apple, is that subject consciously aware that they are eating an onion? Is any look of shock and surprise on their face afterwards just acting?
philbio66 3 months ago
@philbio66 It's like this ... when you're a child you are very good at make believe. So much so that when you have a make believe friend, and you are convinced that "friend" really does exist, even though a part of you down deep inside knows that it's really not true, but it seems so real to you. When you're accepting suggestions, it's similar to that experience. It's not acting. It's believing the suggestions. Also, each person is having their own unique experience. Can't speak for all.
hyptalk 3 months ago
@hyptalk
that's seems like a gray area. regardless of how real it seems, you're either consciously aware that you are eating an onion or not.
philbio66 3 months ago
@philbio66 A gray area? You ARE consciously aware when you are in hypnosis. So how is it even a gray area. Listen ... the conversation is not really relevant to the video nor the original posters question that brought this up in the first place. So, if you want to talk to me privately, email me & I'm happy to do so. I'm going to close out this thread right here because it's clear to me you have a lot to learn about hypnosis and this isn't the place to do it.. Try taking my e-course.

am I supposed to be completely aware of everything you are saying? I felt very relaxed, but I remember all of it so does that count as hypnosis? like, if you told me to start dancing or something, I don't think I would have...
Skozzy12 6 months ago
@Skozzy12 Yes, "you will be aware of every word I say in hypnosis". (I believe I may have even said that during the induction). No, hypnosis does not MAKE you do things such as start dancing. You would not do anything you are not comfortable with during hypnosis.
hyptalk 6 months ago
@hyptalk
then how come they have these hypnosis shows at school where kids do start doing things like laughing at a funny movie (that isn't there)? Is that like a different kind of hynosis or something?
Skozzy12 6 months ago
@Skozzy12 It's the same kind of hypnosis. They do it because they are receptive to those suggestions. But, they wouldn't do anything that went against their moral values in hypnosis. They would easily come out of trance. Hypnosis does not change your value judgments, nor make you do something you would regret. It will however help you lighten up of course.

1nspirator 7 months ago
Honestly, from everything I know about hypnosis, and all of these "pro's" who show how to do it, or do it professionally, it's basically calming an individual to a point where they are open to ideas, while in a conscience dream-state of mind. From there offering pleasant ideas or actions is plausible. Theres nothing "crazy" about it, or any skill traits really needed to accomplish it. Doesn't matter who you try it on, if they are open to the idea of allowing it. A Pseudoplacebo effect.
Tadpradel 7 months ago
@Tadpradel Yes, you're beginning to somewhat understand. It's really not magic. Anyone can be hypnotized pretty much if they choose to be.
hyptalk 7 months ago
@hyptalk ... or perhaps it's the 'reality' behind this word, magic. Attuning the mind to the idea of unlimited potential is nothing short of wonderful. Many could benefit from this.

Guess hypnosis isn't for me.

F4ng000 6 months ago
@ChrisJustinParr No that's not part of hypnosis. You have to want to actually become hypnotized. And you are always in control of other things that are happening instead. So, that's your choice. Good luck!
hyptalk 7 months ago
@hyptalk That is only if you are simple minded. Complex minds cannot be hypnotized...
iakobach 7 months ago
