@Namhetirf I use top soil and organic compost. 2:1 ratio (2 top to 1 compost).

@MyInspiredCreation thanks for the information i tried using this soil mix (not top soil) it was like really soft and absorbed most of the water, good part soil was always most bad part it dry rotted the roots and killed the plant so thanks for the help

@5Language Mandarin is a language, true. There is also such a thing as Mandarin Oranges. It's a name of a citrus. I've had Tangerines as well. ;)

@MyInspiredCreation Indeed! Here in the foothills of northern California, we specialize in the Owari Satsuma mandarin. In November, all the local growers bring their fruit and wares to the Mountain Mandarin Festival. It is always a fun time!
