This film is actually from 1983, and like the rest of the Joseph Lai Koreanime stuff, he actually had no involvement in the production whatsoever. He just bought the rights and dubbed them into English.
It's shameless all the same though.

Haha, I was wondering where the Tron ripoff segments from Space Thunder Kids came from.
I think the dubbing in Space Thunder Kids is actually BETTER than the job they did in this...although that's not saying much at all.
Still looks hilarious, especially the Pacman part...where did you get this movie?

@Metabadd, I got 2 VHS's of it from car boot sales many years ago, I've seen it once or twice on eBay UK but it's very rare now. This trailer is shown before the actual 'film' starts, I guess they wanted to warn you that you may end up gnawing bits of your body off by the end just to keep from losing the will to live.
Been meaning to digitise in the whole film one day, using both copies because some parts of each tape are bad.
