@220891nb it's cuz thats the episode where he be's a surgeon for a day. He tells all the other surgeons that Turk once did Ballet and they accept him in the group and laugh at turk later on in the episode. Earlier on tho he ends up holding a human heart,

mid-operation and it slips outta his hands and lands the the floor and he says: "we.. we we're done with that one right guys?" XD so funnies
