@Wadsy591 Hi Wadsy, great videos! I love NFS3 and 4 for the playstation. But I have a question: Need for speed 4 High Stakes also had serious framerate (slideshow) issues on the ps1.. Does the ps3 make it better/smoother- like this game? (I would test myself but have yet to buy a ps3)

That's excellent. Well, speaking in greater terms, High Stakes also has a few frame rate issues during intense battles, but I'm really not sure if a PS3 clears that issue on High Stakes as well, as I've never been too bothered by the fps of NFS 4. You could always give it a try though!

Its very good on a PS3, much better than on PS1/2 due to frame rate issues.

This game really only rocks if played on a PS3, because the frame rate is terrible otherwise on a PS1 & 2 console. Get a PS3 and then try this!

I've never played this NFS. Based on all the reviews I've read, this game is supposed to suck. But looking at it here, it looks decent to me--nice sense of speed, good scenery, nice BGM... why does this one get such bad reviews?

The ps1 version suffers from terrible frame rate in full grid single racing, or adding traffic to the race which makes it impossible to play. Some also indicated incredibly poor graphics. If you're wondering now why the game seems to run perfectly great, it's because I was using a PS3. I don't know why, but playing nfs2 on a PS3 seems to perfect the fps which was the only thing for me that needed improvement. Try nfs 2 on a ps3, and see. If your on a ps1/2, yes it sucks.
