w580i there is nothing bad bout this phone verry cheap at £99/$129 i think it is the shake idea good.perfect size, and black u canot see scratches on it if droped

to change song by shaking it you hold the walkman button and shake play a song and hold the walkman button it dosent tell you how to do it in the manual but do that

ok if u need help fist go on the walk man thingy thenpress down check if u have more then 4 songs. then ur ready to go. first hold the walk man button the looks like a wave then shake. eazy as that =D

You don't need any software. Just plug the usb cable in the box to ur phone and connect to the pc. The software will be installed automatically and you can drag music from your PC to the music folder.
