I think that the way you pluck each string is a bit too bright. try placing your hand closer to the sound hole to make the sound more...soothing i guess?
NORMAL: Playing with your fingers just before the ''hole'', about less than a inch before it, is what is called the ''normal'' sound. I use it more often than the others.
SMOOTH: That is when you play on the part of the neck that is on the harm. table, it's such a flowing, smooth sound. I like to use it for calm, soft moments.
Did you know that the place where your hand plays affects you tone ? (Sound) DRY : The more you play near the bridge (Rectangle thing that hold the strings attached to the harmony table) the Dryer the sound. (That was how you played it ! ;) ) I like to use it for strong moments.
Of course the recording is the problem. But, you do play the whole piece near the end of your guitar (I don't know how you call it in English). That gives it a sharp tone. If you vary it a little bit, if would be even nicer.
@HoundDogTail I know what you mean, don't mind the harsh comments XD
It's true, you play it very well ! But perhaps you could place you finger near the ''hole'' (we call it Rosace in french) so the sound would be smoother.
Es-tu sur que ta guitare est accordée ? C'est une jolie interprétation mais pense à mettre plus de nuances dans la 1ere partie

From what I've just read, you know nothing about guitars. The reason why the sound might be bad is because of the quality of the video.
