Hmm, baffle reverse flow system Im impressed with the fast high temperature and a propane kick-start. No need to light charcoal with fluid. This is no-doubt a versatile unit that can grill and smoke. This unit is perfect and it can crank-out plenty of food, without concerns of grill flare-ups. All food prepared in video looked good and the music sounded great. Q: If anyone buys a smoker do you throw-in a CD of the band? Yes!! I will throw in a cd!!!
Love it... we are building a trailer model, might just build a small one on the back for a conversation piece..
