It annoys me that most people haven't heard the real version of this song. This version (vinyl rip I guess?) is too fast and makes Conor voice higher pitched. That's why people think this is such a young Conor (and even before puberty it seems). He sounds quite normal in the proper version.

this song is great. when you play a song like this it doesn't matter weather it's on vinyl or not. songs are to listen to because they are great. for some people it sounds like even britney spears sounds good on vinyl. well it doesn't! good music is good music. people who say this sounds better on vinyl have missed the point about good music. it sounds good anyway. it doesn't matter if it's vinyl or cd or whatever.

I have every album on vinyl and I must say you haven't heard bright eyes till you hear it on vinyl. Sounds so much clearer and so much better! WOW. I have spent so much already on these vinyls and they are treasure to me. =] This song is one of my favorites!

this song is on the vinyl edition of Noise Floor. meaning it was indeed recorded between 1998-2005. and yes, the vinyl insert states that it originally appeared on a spilt with The Album Leaf.

Yeah it is only on the vinyl, and the split disc. although ive never seen the cd in my life. haha. the vinyl is stunning though. drunk kid catholic sounds AMAZING on a record player. and noise floor is definitely one of my favourite records
