I love this musical and your voice is perfect for it. I think I commented on another of your videos about how much you sound like Linda Eder. That was before I realised you're such a fan of hers. XD

But I just have to say one thing... that whenever you belt, you tend to belt "bright,happy" notes... now I'm not saying that that's bad, but for this particular song, belting "bright" notes just doesn't make sense for the song... That probably made no sense at all. =/

Ok, maybe bright wasn't the best word to use, but I just looked at the video that you had responded to... the Broadway version I mean, and I think your trying very hard to sound like Coleen, but you shouldn't want to sound like someone... you should be yourself. :) And that's why singing to a recording/Ipod/ other thing... is cheating, but all in all, you both did an excellent job! :)

Oh lord no, hunny! I adore Coleen but her voice is too nasal sounding, I do NOT want to sound like her. Unfortunately, that's just my voice, hehe :P And Coleen doesn't hold a candle to Linda Eder singing this. fact Mama Who Bore Me, but because I kept listening to the OBC recording, I kept trying to sound like Lea, when I should have been looking at sheet music... So that's what I mean when I say that sheet music is not cheating... everything else is. And I'm not saying that you aren't allowed to listen to other recordings, but singing to them... is sadly cheating! =/ I hope that helps! :)
