i never knew that The House of the Dead existed as a 70s movie, even before Sega made a game franchise with the same title, as well as their abysmal movies (including the first one which was raped by Uwe Boll, and its sequel which was doomed to be aired on SyFy)

Well when one discusses the the topic of "Zombification", theoretically it is possible according to some scientific sources. But not in the "Romero" sense that anyone is aware of. Check out the movie "The Serpent and the Rainbow".. It's supposedly based on true events. As for me. it's a pretty far fetched theory.. but guess we'll know when the end of the world comes.
