4 days on, i'm getting the hang of it, I'm sure Thom Yorke does not play it note by note like sinasl /watch?v=t2zwKH4g2xE, but like warrenmusic plays it, top 3 strings (E A D) as basenotes and the bottom 3 strings (G B E) for picking. Muting some strings, that grows on you when you get into it. Difficult? not at all. practice, practice, practice......

what kind of strings do you use? I like especially the way the low ones sound, so ringing and distinct and bright. When i play this thing my low pitched strings get drowned out a little bit by the high pitched strings so a lot of drive of the song gets lost

Hi there, and thank you for your nice comments. Actually, the strings are medium normal strings, but on ths version I'm plugged to a marshall acoustic amp and I play with the buttons. Also the guitar itself is very important for the sound. Thom york does use exactly this model: Takamine TAN10
