@OnnKynn maybe it's a bug or maybe you shoot at the fence and not under or next to the metal bars of the fence

SORRY I REALLY DON'T KNOW THE SOLUTION FOT THIS RENDER PROBLEM, can someone help me? I rendered and edited it with windows live movie maker and directly published to youtube with 1280x720 and 16:9 aspect, when i recorded with dxtory i hadn't black bars! what is the problem?

@killerboyestudios Windows Live Movie Maker prefers to interpret footage as 4:3 for some reason; it's not a great video editor. I'd recommend either using the source footage from the screen capture program and editing in YouTube or using different video editing software.
