@punke217 Hello, Thank you for your recent placed an order. Usually, I've loosen the strings and pull the strings out of nut. Next scoot 1st,2nd,3rd strings over to right and 4th,5th 6th strings over to left side. And then I install inlaysteker to fretboard. OR When I change old strings for new strings I install it. how long does this last if it's on the fretboard? doesn't it get scrapped away if you play for several times?

@alsgh422 Only if you press down the strings really heavily. I have blue abalone decals on a Gibson L5-S on steroids and they are still in perfect condition after 5 years. I use 12-56 electrics on that guitar and the neck has super jumbo frests on it so the strings don't really touch the fretboard.
