Fisheries management is under the control of special interest groups on the east coast of USA. NMFS is backed by the CCA and private individual interest with the money and politics to sway agenda. If anything, the bluefin population in the atlantic is underestimated. You state i don't listen, well, tell all of us how to control overseas fishing operations.
