  • Don't know about anyone else, but I couldn't hear/understand what the woman was saying.

  • so in the future i can Google "how to avoid car crash" right before i crash my car?

    cool! :/

  • Brings distraction to a whole new level. Dear MB, while you're at it, why not implement a theremin mode as well.

  • Wanna see this on the crash test lol.I think this is stupid.Whats the PURPOSE of this car?Future cars are built to be-esthetic.Good on first look.

  • i would rather take a functional voice command interface ...

  • /sarcasm

Yeah I'm sure this will be far too distracting and will cause far too many accidents. After all it isn't in mercedes best interest to design automobiles that keep people safe, they would never test for that too extensively.

    /sarcasm

  • Today, it is possible to produce a mobile even smaller than a bean, but everything is supposed to be used by human, not to show off the technology.

  • The tech is very cool, but the interface and gestures appear to be far too distracting for road use. You're supposed to be driving a car, not composing an orchestra.

  • @Xenctuary Have you seen the progress google have made with self drive cars? 180,000 miles on real roads without ANY driver interaction! by the time this technology launches we wont need to drive the car anyway. OMG i cant fucking wait.

  • Is this for real?!??!?

  • wow... i can picture the pile up on the highway already

  • yes this is what i love

  • more like hands-OFF with Mercedes-Benz DICE

  • The menu on the right is just too far away. Put it on the windscreen and use eye tracking to control instead of hand.

  • OMG ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN

  • nils frahm and mercedes benz? fits.

  • i love that they used the solaris soundtrack for the booth.

  • Neat concept, but far too distracting!

  • this thing should be disabled when driving :-)

  • This is really neat... but looks like an accident waiting to happen for someone who likes shiny UIs...
