  • I agree with you totally, i've managed to lose 84 pounds in the past 6 months and the exercise is so much easier than the diet. And I love the buzz you get from exercise.

Even though I have to say your biggest problem was your arms just like me, but please preaty please make a video like that...

    i am your old version now and can't wait to be where you are today. I have been getting depressed and losing confidence off late because of my weight.   • you are such a sweetie :) and ur story is inspirational. im on my own weight loss journey, but unfortuanetly im only 14, so i can't exactly choose my own diet plan because my parents refuse to buy certain things to help me, like diet protein shakes, or like slim fast things, because they assume they won't work. but i did convince them to get me V8, im going to try that. thank you so much for the ideas, and good luck reaching the rest of your goal!!! ^.^

  • The WORST thing I hear is how parents allow their children to reach a point that is sometimes too hard to turn back from when they are old enough to make their own decisions. If your health is a serious concern, please PLEASE talk to another adult -- school counselor, a friend's parent for guidance. If a friend's mom is feeding you healthy foods.. your mom will start too. :) My parents did not do anything about my weight increase, I reached 200 lbs and then suffered from anorexia so PLEASE

  • do not let it get that bad.

    If your parents are refusing to buy healthy foods because of their OWN laziness.. the only thing you can do unfortunately is set an example for them. Which is sad a child has to be a responsible figure in the house.  But if I didn't make drastic changes, who knows what would have happened. My parents are both morbidly obese -- my mom drinks about 4 liters of soda a week to give you an idea. I am now fit and healthy and love it. :)

    and i won't get an eating disorder. the thought of bulimia freaks me out, throwing up all the time, and i have some really good friends who are supporting me enough taht i won't end up with anorexia either.

    yeah, ive been eating a lot healthier, ad my parents haven't changed their diets yet, but hopefully somday they will because them and my older sister are all very overweight, and my dad i obese.

  • The 1 hour cardio I technically started at around 3 ½ months but I was still doing some 45 minute days. At 4 months I was consistently at one hour. Thanks for your question.

    I am so stuck right now on in my menu cause I DO NOT EAT!!! I will eat one 300 to 400 calorie meal a day if anything, and that is so bad!!! I work on the eating (I have 7 meals a day) daily, it is something I am trying to attain all the time!
