Friend, This man is not praying. He is preaching! Act 2:14 says "Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd..." There was allot of open air preaching in the Bible.
You may want to think twice before taking scripture out of context. You also should read the whole book, seeking its truth for yourself.

I feel sorry for you. I figure your probly just trying to be funny but you must have had some bad things happen in your life that you blame on God. Your statement is the easy way out. It doesn't take any strength to take that position. As long as you have breath you can still ask him to forgive you and be reunited with your creater who loves you.
