Bought my first cigarettes about a month ago, I've tried camels an malbarros but nothing and I mean nothing beats American spirits and after watching this, I deffinatly want to try rolling my own! Thanks for the video :)

I use chlorine free hemp rolling papers to make the completely chemical free. OCB hemp papers are the cheapest but I go for the one and a quarter size papers and use two Swan extra slim smooth filters (the ones with coconut shell in them) because they are easier to draw through and it eliminates a lot more tar. Natural American Spirit tobacco is by far the best tobacco on the market, and I cannot smoke anything else since switching to it without feeling sick.

The reason the new cigarettes go out when you're not actively smoking them is because all cigarettes are now FSC (Fire Safe Cigarettes and Fire Standards Compliant ), which means the rings of "carpet glue" added to the paper is what snuffs out the fire. How safe is that? Now smokers will die from chemical poisoning from smoking carpet glue. All this because some idiots fell asleep with cigarettes in their hands and burned up in their houses. Google FSC and you'll see it's "carpet glue."

It's also important to mention how dry the tobacco gets in a tin - to counteract this and keep it moist you need something. A couple lettuce leafs works for me.

I love AS,i can get about 50 cigs out of a $9.89 pouch.I then buy 200 filter pack for $3.I smoked 2 1/2 packs a day untill i changed over to AS.Now i smoke 12 cigs a day.Some weeks i need to buy more papers because i run out on the papers that come with the pouch.I can get 200 filters for $2.89

A month ago i got tired of the high price of cigarettes and the new FSC crap gave me headacks and a bad taste so i went and bought me one of those small plastic cig makers ya use with the tubes and a bag of gambler mellow. From the first cig i made/smoked i knew this was the way to go, i like the taste and yes they last longer and dont hurt my chest. then 2 weeks later i got a top-o-matic cig machine and i make a pack in the morning (10 mins) and that last my till the next morning. $1 a pack.

But to be fair i was new to using the machine and i packed them a little tight so i guess i would have got 45 or so if i packed them somewhat loose. I went to thier website and signed up and got two $10 gift cupons and they even sent a letter with 10 or 15 stores that carry thier brand and accept the cupons. so i smoke NAS as a treat and gambler mellow most of the time.

Philip Morris is the only company that does not have a "roll your own" tobacco product. Thus they lobbied congress to jack the tax through the roof since they were losing so many sales to other companies. Check it out online and see the truth. PM sucks. I can answer this for ya. A pre-packaged pack of American Spirits in the tobacco store I work in is $4.59. BUT, if you buy a can and roll your own (11.89 a can) plus the filters (1.89 for 200). It comes out to right about $1.25 a pack. OR you can use a hand injector (6.99 that will work for years) buy the tobacoo, tubes (1.59 for 200) it comes out to about the same cost. (1.25 a pack) So, yeah...HUGE savings~!
