Well, there is a very important and fascinating trial taking place in Chilliwack, BC, Canada. Good, loving parents who had their 3 young children kidnapped by CPS (bogus "shaken baby" allegations) are being supported by thousands, and the truth about CPS and the lie known as "shaken baby syndrome" is getting out. Oh the things I could tell like did you know that these places like the Deconess Home, or Catholic Charities for unwed mothers. First they will try and force a girl give up her child. If that doesn't work then they will help DHS/CPS take your children so that they don't loose out on their part of the bonus money. If you only knew how much money gets paid out every year for these children from The Social Security Administration as payment. I think that is called child trafficing Hmmmmmmmmm
Canadian system becoming more like the US? Spend money on everything that doesn't matter. I worked for a non-profit childrens center for 3 years, we had a nice small building some rich local helped us with but we used old phones, old pc's and even filed most cases in paper only in the 90s, we used our own autos, paid for our own gas, nothing fancy at all and overall we did more good than the city and county CPS. Their building is like a palace, 12 stories of art and exotic furniture. Hypocrisy
All government construction should be as limited as the government itself. The architectural message that should be relayed by publicly funded construction is this-
* This building well built for longevity, but modestly adorned. True, it would be best that we not have a building here at all as that would mean that there is no need for it; As that is not the case, this building stands here with a purpose, definite and good. If ever the need ends, may these halls empty or serve to end other needs.

It's also worth noting that CPS in BC (the so-called Ministry of Children and Family "Development") is sucking up, big time, to Natives on the one hand, but on the other, they are stealing their children in record numbers. Natives should be screaming bloody murder. Residential school abuse happened decades ago, but this genocide is happening right now, and all they do is sell their artwork to the enemy.
