that woman talks about her beliefs ... she placed her "faith" in Conrad Black who got the title of "Lord" ! Black ex Jerusalem Post owner, Builderberg, Zionist, publishes a regular National Post column from his cell in Florida now is snaking through the Zionist Suprême Court to get free lives in his prison like if it were a Château !
The jury system is a great equalizer in society. As this clip shows, sometimes the high and mighty may find their fate in the hands of someone who dwells in humble circumstances. In this case, a postal worker single mom saved this mega-millionaire tycoon from spending the rest of his life in prison. Had Conrad Black been convicted on all counts he faced a possible sentence of ninety years incarceration. Crossing paths with this juror was a pivotal moment in his life.
So the 3 broads went the extra length to acquit him on all those charges. I guess Black must be one smooth motherfucker to inspire them to do that, huh? Notice how the juror describes Black as "arrogant and condescending", and how she would have went to mistrial on her convictions alone.
But then again He might not have deserved it if you read some of the conspericy theories that followed the trial letter for letter they make it pritty feazible that he was set up for printing too many nasty things about the governments
Personaly I wish he got off If he was innocent good for him If not well he was the only newspaper who wouldent sell out to the governments and printed the truth on them and frankly Im willing to loose tax dollars for that sort of information and big buisness practicly deserves to be cheated I mean they cheat us Every Day. Most of them are just elitest pricks who never had to worry a day in their life having lived off daddys wallet. Though some time in jail might do conrad some good.
This woman rooted through boxes of files that she had no prior knowledge of looking for evidence that showed Conrad Black was innocent?
A single mom from Chicago can take boxes of evidence and get Him off on almost all counts. Conrads lawyers are even unable to come up with this evidence, hell Conrad himself didn't know it was there untill this detective supermom was put on the sence to fight for her belief
One of the financial members of that bank , noticed him there , after all he was a famous figure , on his way out. His endeavour had worked , so he thought , but he was confronted as usual , about what he was doing there. When he had to fess up , he was told that if he walked out with that cheque the police would be immediately dispatched , so he had to drop it and run for the cover of his limo. This was on the news. Conrad Crackerhead strikes gold [almost] in Toronto.
A&P in fact , adopted the "We Are Fresh Obsessed" logos on their trailers that supplied the stores. Is it any coincidence? The whole mess was pushed under the carpet by our courts to allow a businessman to recover from debt.
Or so it seemed or it was told. Then finally , Conrad had other financial investments that had been adversely effected by the whole ordeal , and I remember thinking , getting out had come with a pricetag. He was in financial ruin.
Once the announcement was made , in Conrad's mixed up mind , it was a way out of financial disaster. Just lie and get it over with. This is absolutely true because the Dominion Stores Ltd. name was used right up until 2004 with locations immediately across the street from courthouses in some areas. A&P didn't even pay for their own damn signs on the grocery chain stores that existed , they just took them over en mass. Like selling Walmart and getting rid of bills only.
The next thing you know , Dominion Stores Ltd. is up for sale , it's part of the lay-offs and sale to the A&P Tea Company. Unfortunately , according to false information , A&P could not afford to purchase all of the contracted workers within the contract , but they could purchase most of them. It was a sad thing , a mistake of financial proportions within the management structure. Ya right.
Over 600 full-time employees were given the boot to allow for bills to be paid to the bankers. Are you getting the picture of Conrad? Even though some tried to sue him , our elite within the downtown Toronto courts , shrugged the attempts aside with a simple action and attitude that was asking those effected for complete coverage of their legal financial entitlements to sue Conrad over many years to come in 1 fell swoop. A threat really , that's all.
I think Conrad spent more time worrying about the opinions of people who had absolutely no business making any statements , nor suggestions with regards to the daily operations , than he had spent on anything in his entire life. Through time , the union was ignored , with a simple shrug of the shoulders and a look down the long nose of some very foolish investment bankers who were enjoying the strength of other people's work.
In his noticed "walk with confidence" attitude , that he thinks is all that is required , Mr. Black allowed know-nothing bankers to submit memo's towards the daily operations of Dominion Stores Ltd.
It was below Conrad to allow the union membership or it's employees decide or have any input into the daily operations. That's "ANY" input , I said , which led to the bankers , to flood the operations with willing know-it-alls , who virtually ruined the company overnight.
For those of you who have no idea what Canada allowed this freak of nature to get away with and make light of : let me begin :
He was running his Dominion Stores Ltd. company off of the backs of Canadians.
Then , he came up with the desperate plan to upgrade his operations and lead the way into the future by borrowing from the Toronto Downtown banks. [big mistake]
Time went by , the operations were successful , but Conrad , being the asshole he is : allowed the banks to run Dominion Stores.
I did follow everything there was to be read about Conrad Black. I have a folder with pics of all his houses, his public pics at parties and meetings. I cant deny he has a certain charisma and masculin charm. But he obviously went wrong in the way he filled his pockets. He is sentenced for a bahiour that thousands of his fellow captains of industry have. The Enron bosses, ABN Amro directors, Spitzer, and so on.
Maybe you have done some homework on him , but you most certainly don't know all about him. Let me enlighten you a bit. This freak , of the elite downtowner outlook on life , one that leans on complete government support , was abusing Canadians for years with untold adventurous lies and beliefs in the powers of corruptions. That's all that the man is - a corruption supporter and funder. He doesn't deserve to get anything less than 10yrs in prison.
"Dazimo", I've sympathy for you,if you happened to be shareholder in Holinger. Like any other investment in share, the company directors have liberty to chose and run company,as deemed necessary for benefit of company.
Prosperity and wellbeing of the company is prime, where as Earnings or profits may take mitigating factors in account. Share holders voting rights,or audit reports are too trivial in conduct of business. Coni in Jail ? where is Canadian Charter of right clause 37 ?????
Further, that Juror, God Bless her, saw this dog and pony show for what it was. I guess the numbers are accurate, 90% of all defandants in the USA are found guilty on something. They pad every charge they can onto a defendant and hope for a plea, Imagine, convicting Black of moving boxes in Toronto, in a courtroom in Chicago !!! MaKay should be screaming his head off, now the USA is prosecuting matters which happen in Canada, whats next??????
Fixhist- you are so RIGHT on this.....Ive read every word, seen every video and Im right in the middle of a facinating book by Steven SKURKA on the trial. I dont, for the life of me, see how they could have convicted on ANYTHING. What happened to "reasonable doubt" ?? This whole thing belonged on a Civil Courtroom, if that............
Case against Coni is flawed, trial judges not only relied on infirm audit report, she over run federal jurisdictions and international boundaries to procure investigative reports.
I don't see any merit in appealing court decision. In my opinion, it will be faster to go through.
"Implementation of the Judicial Conduct and Disability Act of 1980: A Report to the Chief Justice" Simple and cheap,Appeal could wait.
Finally! He is out.
Jury of peers? Bullshit. These people have no freakin clue about how to run a company.

Most people in Canada assume he's guilty because he had money-typical of the socialist way of life that has plagued Ontario-east for generations.
