  • Thats a great video not like the other crap, very clear! respect! I would like to ask, you guys were talking about 4-5 times a week but I heard from multiple sources that if you do burst training today then you SHOULD rest the other day(following 36 hrs) to burn that fat so whats your opinion on this? also should I mix the resistance and burst training in same day? or seperate? in your video it looks its mixed with all the chest / sprint / arms / squat stuff thanks in advance
