I really wanna get back down to 10% BF from 15% and am happy to put in 10 - 12 weeks to do it with diet and weight training but Im am soooo sick of the long cardio even 20 mins sux but I have to do it or I dont loose it so would i burn more callories by doing this technique than running for 20 mins with some 30 sec sprints ? and how many of these should i do in the 10 or so mins to get this kind of BF loss ?
I would also do this after my weights session to burn even more fat !
Thats a great video not like the other crap, very clear! respect! I would like to ask, you guys were talking about 4-5 times a week but I heard from multiple sources that if you do burst training today then you SHOULD rest the other day(following 36 hrs) to burn that fat so whats your opinion on this? also should I mix the resistance and burst training in same day? or seperate? in your video it looks its mixed with all the chest / sprint / arms / squat stuff thanks in advance
