I think the way they've released this is quite key. Letting the scientists evaluate and validate his claim, then thir going to release the specs. They'd need to kill alot more people off than Sean MacCarthy to have this die down, but definately agree with implimenting it in products.

As for the hutcheson effect, he and the rest of the scientific community were never able to reproduce his findings and produced poorly documented videos and information. Also, while google is not to be used directly as a metric to determine the valadity of a theory, when googling the Hutcheson effect there is almost no mention, in fact, the first thing brought up is something by the IEEE about keeping your job.

who says the laws of physics can't be broken? Humans break federal laws all the time ;) physics is based on theories... theories which aren't 100% proven. They may be 99.9% proven, but there is still a lot about this universe we don't comprehend. We don't even understand our own minds, so how are we to understand the laws of physics. I say steorn is the real deal, unless they don't live up to their claim by 2008.

No zero point energy is the energy that still exists when all thermal energy is removed. Even if you were to super cool (remove energy) from a photon it will still contain energy that will never go away. Such is vibrational energy.

What gives humans the right to CREATE LAWS of how the universe operates? Any scientific "law" is merely based on observations made UNTIL NOW. Once new observations are made, that "law" may be proven to have only been theory. DUH!!!

Exactly. When a hypothesis is tested to be true it becomes a theory. Now after centuries of testing there is no change in the theory then it is deemed undeniably true. Thus it becomes a Law. Now whose to say that some new break through finding/technology might bring those laws back into question. That is happening here.

The law of conservation of energy is a law. That is why it is not called the "theory of conservation of energy". Go look up "theory" and "law" in the dictionary.
If he put out findings for independent review, then the scientific community will be in a position to either confirm or disprove his findings.

A scientific law such as this is based on CENTURIES of observation, being proven time and time again. Yeah, people thought the world was flat once, but that was based on superstition and conjecture. Laws can be disproven, but needs repeatable verification in the scientific community.

I agree with you chggg, but we are in a different technological age now vs centuries ago. There are many new avenues of research that haven yet to be tapped. Currently other scientists are doing just that, attempting to disprove it. It will probably be bogus, but until other scientists say so I am hopeful :/

That is exactly right. Many think that this energy is coming from, "thin-air" as in it is being created from nothing. It isn't. It is created from energy that has yet to be harnessed. Just think of wind or solar energy. Sun light is energy and so in the wind. Wind turbines and solar panels are merely devies to harness this energy. His engines does the same thing. Simply harnesses a energy field that has not been tapped.

I think the way they've released this is quite key. Letting the scientists evaluate and validate his claim, then thir going to release the specs. They'd need to kill alot more people off than Sean MacCarthy to have this die down, but definately agree with implimenting it in products.
I think this will come soon after the validation process. The technology is out there and has been out there since tesla developed wireless free power nearly a hundred years ago.

Its pretty cool that you can list such physics things. A, a scalar is a value that does not depend on direction; B, zero point, which I assume you refer to zero point energy is nothing more than the statement that when solving the hamiltonian to find the energy of a particle in groundstate, it has momentum and position.

By the uncertantity principal, while you cant know both, it is exceedingly unfounded and in fact wrong to assume that the momentum is zero, because the momentum is greater than zero the kinetic energy is greater than zero. To derive energy from this, the ground state, you have to excite it past the ground state and then, as it falls down, you observe a drop in kinetic energy.

To do so, though, you have to put in more energy than you get out. As for the hutcheson effect, he and the rest of the scientific community were never able to reproduce his findings and produced poorly documented videos and information. Also, while google is not to be used directly as a metric to determine the valadity of a theory, when googling the Hutcheson effect there is almost no mention, in fact, the first thing brought up is something by the IEEE about keeping your job.

Evidence of this 'free energy' can be seen from the Casimir Effect. It is caused by the normal fluctuations of electromagnetic fields throughout all space around us. I think they've somehow found a way to harness this very small scale electromagnetic energy and convert it into the sort of energy we can use, electric, or kinetic, etc...

Cripes! And the world is FLAT. Scientists don't like breakthroughs they weren't involved in, or that they perceive as contrary to what they know. Tesla himself noted "thin air" was full of energy - he never focused on capturing/converting it for man's use. It doesn't contradict the laws of physics if scientists accept the possibility that plasmic energy is being converted into usable energy with harmonic or potentiating magnetic fields.

The way the scientific community torpedoed the Fleischmann-Pons experiment tells a different story, a few university department heads resigned after their colleges altered test data to post false negative results, & the few that posted positive results lost federal funding. BTW - Einstein himself professed that "thin air" or aether/ether is a real phenom & as such must contain energy as well as other physical properties.
