Jesus how has this got so many views i only randomly put it up a couple years ago, and its got some country war going on. Let me just say, enjoy the music dont hate on the countries yo
the only way i can explain this music is...chemist has great idea, but has no idea how to create it. So he takes a little bit of whatever that green stuff is and pours it into that purple chunky stuff. looks to see if anyone is around...dips his dick in it and smiles. AND IT WASA DUH BEST!!!!
@Donkeyshed681 Biffy Clyro may not be as technical as Battles in any shape or form, but they still a hella good band. But i made this account when i was going through a phase of loving Biffy Clyro, im older and more wise I love all sorts now dont be hatin
Firstly, this band has nothing to do with countries.. second, how about the UK was probably not the start of civilization.. could we just leave it at that and shut the fuck up about all that nonsense?
jamais entendu de si dignes descendants du zappa, des soft machine ledzeplennizant, et cousins germains de mike patton... une sublime participation à l'écriture de l'OEUVRE...
@Demonsword92 Is this some sort of joke? The dude is Anthony Braxton's son, one of the greatest AMERICAN free jazz musicians who ever lived. Country doesn't matter xenophobe.
Okay British shows? Not at all the topic here. And how can you say it does to "yanks" like us when you immediately wrote off Battles because of their nationality? You understand you're coming off as a cockney hypocrite right now? Now I'll say this as my final peace because people are always too hostile on the internet to even bother, and a fight over music on youtube means that I have truly descended the ladder into a bored abyss. So good day sir.
@Demonsword92 You say "WE" like you have anything to do with Britain's accomplishments. You're just another immature faggot arguing over nationalities. Who cares, music is a global business. Get over yourself.
I agree with some of that, but the 'if it wasn't for us part you wouldn't exist' part doesn't make sense...the British supressed American freedom (hence the start of the american revolution).
PNEUMONOULTRAMICROSCOPICSILICOVOLCANOCONIOSIS (also spelled PNEUMONOULTRAMICROSCOPICSILICOVOLCANOKONIOSIS) = a lung disease caused by breathing in particles of siliceous volcanic dust.
This is the longest word in any English dictionary. However, it was coined by Everett Smith, the President of The National Puzzlers' League, in 1935 purely for the purpose of inventing a new "longest word". The Oxford English Dictionary described the word as factitious. Nevertheless
Rhythm conflict aside, this song is my heart right now. What an inspiration, and a fine testament to the capabilities of modern composition, especially with the use of electronics.
@Ddanfernandez not all of it. the drum starts playing in 4/4 at 1:31. the beginning is all in 6/8 i realize that now but it's not the only time signature used.
@Ddanfernandez I disagree with all when it comes to the time signatures-- the time signature, for the listener, is subjective, and only the band can say whether they intended 6/8, 4/4, 2/4, 12/8, and so on. Everyone hears the downbeats differently, and considering how densely layered the parts become, and the variety of rhythmic patterns within those layers, different perspectives are to be expected.
now i see how this song only has 1 dislike...and you know that 1 dislike is a person who likes the song and was just trollin.

I can't believe a Biffy Clyro fan has posted a Battles video. How perverse is that?
