The RX8 looks like not a Manual transmission,

i think it's automatic. Because, on the start it looks very slow, not like other RX8 i see . . .

The guy driving the 8 doesnt look very experienced by how long it took him to line up, but the 8 was actually pulling up to the Z. Really a Z should have a better launch but the 8 does better from a roll, thats how my 8 does.

nah it was manual but that 350 was an 03 meaning it sucks compared to the VQ35hr motors

im pretty surprised cuz the rx8 usually takes the 350z in the first two gears just by a lil and then the 350z takes it but it kinda looked backwards to me whatever rx8 isnt meant for drag racing

Two comments on this video...

1. The drag strip is not where the rx-8 shines.

2. It looked like the rx-8 was actually catching up to the 350Z which doesn't make sense at all unless its modded.

Man that rx8 is an automatic it picked up really slow... doesn't look like an "8" manual.
