You mentioned wanting to make a bowiechick belt and it made me think of something cool I once saw! Someone got a bunch of pinback buttons featuring pictures of David Bowie and put them on a belt evenly spaced apart. It looked really neat! And pinback buttons are pretty inexpensive!

easy way for the rine stones... is to put a wax on a stick and it will pick the stones up and you put the glue on it and place them where you want...to late now but for future reference
