I can see a lot a ways they can improve this one use an inflatable it's 3x stronger then an aluminum hab section.
This hab is far too small to be useful.
Sundancer can ride the cargo lander shown if a few things were changed around.
If you land it unmanned no upper stage you can send the massive BA330.
Two make use of a Ion tug and send it ahead of time unmanned it's a hab it can take six months getting there and you can send it using the cheaper Jupiter 120 if an Ion upper stage is used.

It's not a step back, its the first step of going back there ! You can't except NASA to send a whole base in one launch...
