    but its very important to get the flat belly first

    cause if u do abs and u have FAT the fat will get stronger and it will be impossible to get it out

  • Your abdominal muscle is not split into upper and lower parts, its one muscle. You can target attachment points but it still puts tension on and activates the entire muscle. Spot reduction is a myth. The only way to lose fat is to eat at a caloric deficit.

  • @23izmylife get somewhere where you can hold on by you arms, let your feet hang, and bring you knees to you chest. If you really want it to be effective, dont let your knees go below a 90 degree angle and bring your knees to your chest. worked for me

  • hey moey,ur right about how to lose fat, but the reason for most exersizing or at least for me is to have muscles and abs,not just a flat skinny stomach

You don't even need to be hot, they're staring at you. It's quite rude. Maybe sarah should do a video on gym ettiquette.

  • I am a guy, yes. I understand the staring aspect as I have been an amateur bodybuilder for some years now and its a mix between guys and girls staring.  It can get frustrating but letting it affect your workout is an entirely different story. To be honest, if it's affecting you to the point of being annoyed, then you need to work on not worrying about it. I try to take it as a compliment and keep going.

Llike no staring and no hogging of machines/weights etc. In order to exercise, a lot of the positions to work your muscles (especially floor exercises) have you in lewd poses. You don't need someone staring at your crotch or ass when you're trying to get in shape. It's just rude. (this goes for both men and women. I know us women stare too)

Just focus on the reason you're there - to work out - and get over it. Staring is THEIR problem, not yours. Don't allow their behavior to ruin your chances to get fit.

  • if you have enough room, maybe you could try it on the edge of your bed (if your bed is really bouncy, then i guess it wont work, but if its kinds stiff it might work), it would more comfortable than a table i think
