Delighted to see The Commando's been given a greater role this time around...there was never any acknowledgement of his having trained the eventual WINNER of last year's show...perhaps for very good reasons (ie Chris' poor nutritional habits, manorexia). Still, The Commando deserves high praise and recognition for his involvement. Here's to another Commando-trained winner this year!
