  • Hi:

Can you tell me the jerk sauce you are using on this video to marinate the wing? Can you get it just about any supermarket? How long do you marinate the chicken before you cook? Are they spicy (hot)? You can do any meats you want beside chicken? Are they heavily spice?

    Thanks

  • walkerswood jerk marinade mon me best.

  • Before using jerk seasoning, scrape the solid seasonings off (reserve for sauce) and apply the jerk seasoning and barbeque or bake. You can also add jerk seasoning to marinade sauce.

This method is the easy quick method. The real jerk meat is a very long process, cooked over wood fire with a ton of smoke, very slowly.

  • I am not sure which country your from, but you seems to know what yourtalking about, very good.YEH MAN!

  • Heather, you need some tomato sauce on those wings (for a tinge of sweetness). If you are using WalkersWood seasoning, a bit of advert here, it helps to make it softer more 'spreadable'.Usually the chicken is seasoned beforehand in onions/garlic/thyme/salt/pepper and chopped fresh tomatoes or ketchup and left to marinade. Contd....

  • What was the name of that jerk marinade she used???

  • Walkerswood Traditional Jerk Seasoning. Check out sogood(dot)tv for more info.

  • I swear by Walkers Wood Jerk Rub - I have turned so many cooks onto it; I even season my collard greens with it for the heat that's usually added with hot pepper flakes. You'll love it.
