took me a few tries but yeah this method works and that is definitely insane, and yes if u keep firing on him the reavers do not attack you and the kryll won't attack you on the sides as some of you have suggested and as it looks since it is dark there.

Reavers don't shoot you when you are shooting at raam himself, the cease fire until you reload but by performing active reloads and keeping on shooting him then they are barley ever shooting at you.

i tried all of that. butit's kind of hard to hit him with the torque bow when he kills you in about one burst and you have reavers shooting at you as well. and i don't have as much ammo sas you did. i only have 8 shots. i tried the troika and then he shot me down as soon as i got on.

Charge the torque before coming out of cover.

i did it on insane my way does suck lol but it worked for me XD the troika downs him in about 10 sec of straight shooting what i did was shoot him for about a second then dive back then go back up and keep doing that otll take like 30 seconds to down him like that

Doesn't the KRILL eat you? Your able to avoid the KRILL behind the Troika? The KRILL? I can get to the troika, but the KRILL love to nose dive on my head. How do you do it with the kryll not killing you?

go to the troika and since itsin the dark u have to get offit time to time and stand in the light part behind it

riseagainst your method sucks in insane and I have tried that before when the game first came out. It's too risky and Raam barely misses with his gun. You probably did it on the easiest difficulty or maybe on hard but you need more luck to actually do that on insane. I believe Mengier's tactics is one of the best to take care of Raam on insane.

um i got a better way mangler but u need to be fast in the back where hes standing at begginning theres a troika and when the kryll leave him to chase u shoot him wqith it and jump off and dive back before kryll hit u then just keep doing that thats what i did at least

mangler did it on insane look at the damage the active reload doesn't change and look at how RAAM aimes he never misses if u do him on casual he misses all the time and on hardcore he misses too but on insane he hits all the time -.-

You can use the sniper as well.... It is in the room you start in when you are killing him.

@mangler101 this probably isn't insane cause raam didn't actually come up to u quik nough. usually hes there adfter the 3rd or 4th torque bow shot. and when u were face to face with him at on point, he didn't even do shit to ya, lad...............RAAM would've popped you with 1 fukin' shot!

@slipstreem32 The active reload white bar only gets smaller if u do a chain of active reloads. Example. If you got an active with your shotgun, next time you reload it will be bigger
