How do you get this path?

I think you get Chipp's third path when you defeat your opponents with neither an instant kill or an overdrive move. Just use normal moves to defeat them and I think you'll get path 3.

Oh, and another thing. You also need to complete path 2 for Ky Kisuke first in order to unlock Chipp's 3rd path.

That Chipp Zanuff reminds me of Strider Hiryu with that red scarf and than Zanzi Rouga attack, which looks like Ragnarok

Because The Robo-Ky brainwashed him and made him attack people that were under arrest.

Yeah, thats mostly because only overdrive moves damage him in the last battle so I had to keep on attacking him until I could do another one.
