@ajoinme Don't know what platform you play on but on PC WAW is far superior to CoD4. With 64 players on the tiny little COD4 maps it's just ridiculous. And the map just explodes from 63 fags spamming grenades everytime they spawn. It is unplayable now, it used to be a good game but it's ruined and the maps are too small. That's why I like WaW. The maps are big enough for 60 players and it's not full of kids yet. Grenades are for destroying tank hogging fags and that's it.

Fun Topic! ~ No, they don't NEED controversy to sell the game. However, they DO need controversy in order to make a GREAT story. And as we all know, the greater the elements in a game, the better the sales.

The great thing about controversy is, it gives people somethin' to talk about, and often gets people to play (sometimes buy) a game jus' to see what it is. Another great aspect of it, is that it allows the story to do more than the typical we've seen up until the last 5 years.
