Scan through all the YouTube stuff on Premiere Elements & notice how many people CAN'T do what Adobe claims. The programme is awful, full of bugs and ADOBE OFFERS NO FREE SUPPORT. They will sell you a support package (why do they offer that from the beginning?) or they make you pay the long distance charges to talk to them. I've emailed, phoned and snail mailed. NO Response from Adobe. Learn from that.
@iMIKEPRICE actually, there ia a reverse effect, but it's not under effects. You have to right click on a clip, then clikc on "Time Stretch" and then click the check box that says reverse. :) hope this helped.

Im having problems with the transitions, when you use the dissolve. How do you get them to look better like a real transition without any lagg?

i looked at the effects and you can flip the image backwards, but i didnt see a way to play it in reverse. There may be a way though...

there actually is, right click and go to time stretch, from ther u can put it in slow mo, and reverse the video if u want
