  • I'm a college pitcher and I had my surgery mid May of 2011 so just under 9 months right now. Little pain after surgery. I have full range of motion and no problems with daily activities. I just started throwing off the mound today and felt pretty good overall. I still have discomfort when I throw or lift but I believe I need to break up the scar tissue that has developed. I started rehab 6 weeks after surgery and did it for about 4 months. I still do theraband workouts to keep my strength up.

  • @godgrace22 rehab was 4 months but continue doing your exercises well after the 4 months is up

  • I had labral surjury 4 and 1/2 months ago... I got cleared a week ago and my 2nd time back to basketball i dislocated it... Might need another surgery.. Fml. Mri tomorow

  • @basketballfan925 im about to get the same surgery how long was rehab

  • @godzgrace22 i've heard that if it's ur first shoulder tear, then depending on how fit u are, it could be between 4 to 12 weeks.
