Shiahs DO believe that the Quran today was not compiled in the right order. And there are sects/branches of Shiism that do claim the Quran is incomplete textually. Also since when was Muawiyah considered a Sahaba? We Sunnis do not consider him to be Sahaba.
A great fear of Shiism spreading us that it would end up further corrupting morals of the youth with concepts like Mutaah. I imagine the hot-blooded teenagers would find that aspect of Shiism very attractive and the act of zina would not cause them to feel guilt and repent. Yusuf Qaradawi is actually one of the most liberal Sunni scholars who actually considered working together with Shias.

Lets not forget the the Shias most authentic book Al Kaafi which has tens of narrations substantiating Qaradawi's claims.... not to forget not to forget need I go on? Its also funny how u respect the 'Imams' but not the Sahabah....

My dear brother, I am sure there are many respectableShias that dont buy into these ideas but we must be just and honest that the vast majority, rather according to Ni'mat Allah Al Jazairi in his book Al Anwar Al No'maniya stated that the consensus of Shia scholars is that the Quran has been corrupted by the Sahabah (Companions - a'oothubillah!).

Allaah said, those who were given the Scriptures did not differ except out of mutual jealousy and hatred (bagyan) after knowledge had come to them. Quran 45:17
Al-Bagy means to exceed the proper bounds - it is explained as arrogance and jealousy.

We need to stop criticising each other as muslims- and thinking we understand what is in each others hearts- instead assume if someone calls himself muslim wether shia sunni sufi- his aim is the same as yours - to get to the truth and closer to allah- with this understanding we can begin to work together - and bridge the gaps in the ummah-but we need to leave aside the idea of ego-one of the hardest things to do it set aside your ego-and most of us fail- that is why we're divided.

And the claims about some shia believing that the quran is not complete is true, and the same for disrespecting the sunni imams. And just for the record, how is what you said about the sunni imams a refutation? Imam Jaafar was a good imam also we dont disagree on that. But he definitely was not infallible, bc even the prophets made mistakes.

Companions disputed all of the time. there are MANY times in islam where there are numerous right paths to go, and what you said about abu bakr is not a reason to curse him. In the case of the inheritance, either way would have been acceptable. I dont understand how that entire part can be a true response to what sheikh qaradawi said.

Yusuf Qaradawi was right! Not all shiite believe that quran was incomplete but some big portion of them!He was right 2 when he said that Shiite's curse & condemned the sahaba esp. on the celebration day like Asyura..in India & Iran.Btw Muawiyyah is never a sahaba/companions to Prophet Muhammad.Sunnis believe/respect the 4 caliph:Abu Bakar,Umar,Uthman & Ali.After their death we only consider the 4 imams:Hambali,Hanafi,Maliki & Shafei as our teacher of 4 different schools of thoughts.

Shiahs DO believe that the Quran today was not compiled in the right order. And there are sects/branches of Shiism that do claim the Quran is incomplete textually. Also since when was Muawiyah considered a Sahaba? We Sunnis do not consider him to be Sahaba.

A great fear of Shiism spreading us that it would end up further corrupting morals of the youth with concepts like Mutaah. I imagine the hot-blooded teenagers would find that aspect of Shiism very attractive and the act of zina would not cause them to feel guilt and repent. Yusuf Qaradawi is actually one of the most liberal Sunni scholars who actually considered working together with Shias.

salafi islam is being rejected on a large scale because of their nonsencical beliefs and practices, they consider , shia, sunni, sufi and any one aprt from themselves as mushriks. May Allah gude then all. or destroy them like the people of prophet LUT.
